About Refunds

If you were unable to load the purchased MIDI file into your DAW by dragging and dropping it, here's what happens after you contact us:

⚠ Your initial request (using the form above) must be made within 7 days of purchase. The refund itself will only be issued after completing the process below.

  1. 1 We review the details of your issue.
  2. 2 We resend the same MIDI file to you directly by email.
  3. 3 Please also try renaming the resent file's extension from .midi to .mid, then drag and drop it into your DAW again.
  4. 4 If it still cannot be dragged and dropped, we will always issue a refund.
